CP Developments was founded by Joshua Cooper, a construction professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the building industry.

Joshua began his career working on construction sites, gaining practical knowledge across multiple trades and learning the full building process from the ground up. Over the years he developed a strong background in substructures, groundworks, structural construction, and residential building projects, working on everything from smaller residential works to larger site-based developments.

This hands-on experience has given Joshua a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver successful building projects — from the earliest groundwork stages through to the finished structure.
